What is Forstrong’s policy on currency hedging?

Although many global managers are currency inert; choosing to hedge or unhedge local market currency exposure, active currency management is an important risk mitigation tool for Forstrong. This is especially important when managing global fixed-income exposures where currency fluctuations can have an outsized effect on returns.

How often are Forstrong strategies rebalanced?
Forstrong completely rebalances it’s investment thesis at least once a quarter. On a monthly basis, we rebalance positions if they fall out of our tolerance zone. Occasionally, if market moves are excessive, Forstrong may rebalance as an extension of active policy.
